Furnished move-in-ready apartments
All our apartments are fully equipped and comfortably furnished. The apartments are equipped with everything needed, such as beds, bedside tables and lamps, pillows, blankets, table and chairs, storage facilities, lighting, TV, Wi-Fi and Ethernet possibility. In addition, we offer basic appliances such as a microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven. Home textiles such as towels, sheets, curtains and carpets, as well as small utility items such as cooking utensils and cutlery, are also part of the equipment.
In our larger units with their own kitchen, the equipment is even more varied. In addition to the basics, these apartments also feature a microwave, refrigerator, stove and oven.

Other information about our apartments
- A valid credit card is required at the time of booking. To guarantee a reservation, 50% authorization is taken from the credit card one day before the arrival date.
- To get university rates, ask the host institution to make a reservation or ask for a reservation code to get a special rate.
- The individuals checking-in must be 18 years old or older. Children with a guardian are welcome.
- If you’re traveling with a baby, please contact us at reception@unihome.fi and give us details on the need for an infant bed.
- Pets are also welcome to stay starting from 10€/night or 30€/month. Please mention in your reservation that you are travelling with a pet.
