At Porthania Flats and Töölö Towers, reception is open daily 8:00-22:00; as a teleservice in Porthania Flats and on site at Töölö Towers.
At Töölö Towers the pricing includes breakfast and the use of sauna. At Unihome Students, the use of sauna and self-service laundry room are included in the base price. Unihome Students is primarily intended for international exchange students at the University of Helsinki during semesters, which means that best availability is during the summer months.
Stays longer than a week at Porthania Flats and Töölö Towers include a weekly cleaning service. At Unihome Students, you can get a linen and towel set and a cleaning service for an additional fee if you wish.
How does pricing work and what does accommodation cost?
A short-term booking is comparable to a standard hotel reservation. The price of the apartment is affected by the date, the size of the apartment and the cancellation terms of the reservation. The payment for a short-term booking is always charged at the start of the booking. For a longer stay, the price is based on the length of your stay; the longer you’ll stay with us, more affordable the price per night. The first payment for a longer booking is always charged at the time of booking or at check-in.
Short-term accommodation at Töölö Towers starts from 84 euros/night, but for longer stays the price per night can drop to only around 50 euros/night. We utilize dynamic pricing, so check the up-to-date price for your reservation from our online booking service!
You can pay for your reservation in our online booking service by debit or credit card. We can also send a payment link for the booking the first day of each calendar month. The reservation can also be paid by card or cash at the reception.
